These terms apply to every purchase from Safran Club. By ordering or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. Sharing Box orders
The Sharing Box is a one-off purchase in three sizes. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT and delivery in Riyadh. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Monthly Selection subscription
The Monthly Selection is a recurring subscription of 4, 8 or 12 bars, billed monthly or quarterly in advance by card. It renews automatically until you stop it.
3. Price lock
Your price is locked for 6 months from the start of your subscription. After that, renewals use the current price. If the price changes, we will email you before the renewal at the new price.
4. Pause, skip and cancel
You can pause, skip or stop renewal from your account before the monthly cutoff date. While paused, no boxes are packed and nothing is charged. Prepaid memberships keep their original end date. Founding members who move to more bars pay only the monthly difference between the two current prices until their prepaid term ends; moving to fewer bars is not refunded. Stopping renewal keeps your membership active until the end of the period already paid.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver in Riyadh only. Delivery is included in every price.
6. Ingredients and allergens
Ingredient information is listed on our site. Some chocolates contain milk, and we do not claim any product is free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

9. Gifted subscriptions
A gifted Monthly Selection is paid once by the buyer and starts when the recipient opens the gift link. It does not renew automatically. The recipient can pause it (which extends the prepaid period by the paused time) or move to more bars by paying the difference; moving to fewer bars and unused prepaid months are not refunded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
